Hello If you are having issues running flash, there is a way to do it.

browser installation

To begin, find a browser that supports plugins. For windows, use Microsoft edge with IE mode, Or install Internet explorer. If you want plugins other than IE, use pale moon or Waterfox Classic.
If you are using macOS use Waterfox classic. Pale moon will not reconize flash.

plugin installation

Find your operating system to downlaod.

NOTE: Downlaod the plugin type that matches with the browser. Waterfox uses PPAPI, Palemoon uses NPAPI and Microsoft Edge/IE use ActiveX. Dailing to do so, will cauyse the browser to not the plugin.
